CONTEST "HUNT FOR ŒUFS » – LEO & UGO

Article 1 – Organisation

The company Leo & Ugo, a women's ready-to-wear brand, is organizing a contest called "Easter Egg Hunt", accessible on the website www.leoetugo.fr, from Friday, April 18, 2025 at 00:00 to Monday, April 21, 2025 at 23:59.

 

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

Participation in the contest is reserved for customers who have made a purchase of at least €100 including tax on the website www.leoetugo.fr, during the contest period, that is between April 18 and April 21, 2025 inclusive.

To confirm their participation, customers must also:

• Search for hidden eggs on the site,
• Fill out the participation form available on the website before April 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM, indicating:

                    - The total number of eggs found,

                    - The number of their order (with a minimum amount of €100 including tax),

                    - Their personal information: last name, first name, email address, and postal address.

Participation is limited to one per person (same name, same email or postal address). Therefore, it is unnecessary to fill out the form multiple times; this will not increase your chances of winning.

 

Article 3 – Terms and Procedures

The eggs will be visually scattered across several pages of the site:

• The homepage
• The New Arrivals collection
• The Lookbook
• The Journal

Participants must identify them and then submit their response via the participation form, adhering to all the conditions stated above.

 

Article 4 – Designation of winners and prizes

Two types of gains are planned:

1. Voucher of €20 :

All participants who have correctly identified the eggs and met all the conditions will receive a voucher worth €20, valid until April 30, 2025 on the website www.leoetugo.fr.

2. Free basket:

Among the valid entries, 1 participant out of 20 (based on the order of receipt of the forms) will be fully reimbursed for their order placed during the promotion period (up to the amount of that order).

 

Participants will be informed of the results and will receive their winnings by email on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

 

Article 5 – Liability

Leo & Ugo reserve the right to cancel, shorten, extend, or modify the game in case of force majeure or any event beyond its control. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of technical malfunction, particularly related to the Internet network or the website.

 

Article 6 – Personal data

The information collected is necessary for the management of the contest. It is intended exclusively for Leo & Ugo and will neither be sold nor transmitted to third parties. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data. Any request should be addressed to: contact@leoetugo.fr.

 

Article 7 – Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in this game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. They can be consulted upon simple request to Leo & Ugo throughout the duration of the contest.
