Contest rules

This contest is free and with no obligation to purchase.

The conditions and terms of the contest"Win your Wishlist with leo & ugo" (hereinafter the “Game”) are described in these regulations (hereinafter after the “Regulations”). Any violation of the stipulations of the Rules may result in the disqualification of the participant from the contest.

 

Article 1. Organization of the Contest

Organizing company:
LEO GUY, company whose head office is located at 25 rue de Clery - 75002 Paris, is organizing a contest from December 11, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. to 24 December 2024 at 11:59 p.m.(hereinafter the “Duration”).

Subject :
The Game allows one (1) winner to be drawn each week (for a total of three (3) winners) during the Duration to win their wishlist consisting of a maximum of two (2) products, from all the collections available on the site www.leoetugo.fr.

 

Article 2. Conditions of participation

2.1 Eligibility conditions:
The Contest is open to any adult with an Internet connection and 'a valid email address, with the exception of employees and representatives of leo & ugo, their partners and subcontractors, as well as members of their family.

2.2 How to participate?
To participate, interested parties must:

• Fill out the dedicated form on the site www.leoetugo.fr, providing their first name, last name, and email address ;
• Create a wishlist of two (2) products maximum from all the leo & ugo collections.

2.3 Participation limits:

• Only one registration per person will be accepted.
• Any incomplete participation or participation outside the dates of the Contest will not be taken into account.

2.4 Acceptance of the rules:
By participating, each participant fully and unreservedly accepts the terms of these Rules.

 

Article 3. Designation of winners

3.1 Draw:
A draw will be carried out on December 15, December 22 and December 24, 2024 among entries that comply with these Rules. The winners will be chosen randomly via a secure tool.

3.2 Announcement of results:
The winners will be informed by email the following morning of each draw.

3.3 Replacement of a winner:
If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days following the sending of the information email, he will be considered to have given up his Prize, and an alternate winner will be designated.

 

Article 4. Lot

The Prize consists of the winner's wishlist, composed of a maximum of two (2) products chosen from the collections available on the site www.leoetugo.fr.

• The Prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for its monetary value or any other advantage.
• Delivery will be made within ten (10) working days after confirmation of the winners' contact details.

 

Article 5. Processing of personal data

The information collected as part of participation in the Contest is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law.

• The data is collected to enable the management of the Contest and the allocation of prizes.
• Participants have rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition to the processing of their personal data by contacting: contact@leoetugo.fr.

 

Article 6. Limitation of liability

leo & ugo declines all liability in the event of:

• Incidents related to access or use of the website;
• Technical or computer errors;
• Delay, loss or theft of email.

 

Article 7. Miscellaneous stipulations

• The Contest and these Rules are subject to French law.
• Any question of application or interpretation will be sovereignly decided by leo & ugo.
