Leo & Ugo uses its own size guide.
You will find on each of our product sheets our "size guide"
personalized to help you in your process. Each model is designed according to
our size guide, to ensure a fit adapted to each size offered.
Our size guide consists of sizes 0 to 6, corresponding to 36 to 50.
(Pleated pieces have sizes ranging from 1 to 3, specific to this type of
model.)

Find the composition of our products directly on the product sheet of the selected model
in the "Composition" tab, along with the description and the
reference of the chosen model.

If the item you received is defective or does not match your order, contact our customer service at contact@leoetugo.fr, stating your order number and, if possible, attaching photos of the product concerned.

Once your request has been approved by our customer service team, you may request an exchange or a refund. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Leo & Ugo.

You have the possibility to add your favorite items to your wishlist by
clicking on the heart present on the photo of the product that interests you, in
the collection.
If you are subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive an alert in case of restock.

This wishlist will also allow you to be notified when the items you
like are about to run out.

After your order has been confirmed, please allow up to an average of 4 business days for it to be prepared.

Once your parcel has been shipped, the delivery time depends on the destination country and the carrier. In mainland France, delivery generally takes 48 business hours.

Leo & Ugo ships its collections in France and internationally. Available destinations, as well as delivery options and rates, are shown during checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and are displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders of €200 or more.

leo & ugo offers you different secure payment methods for your
online orders:

You have the option to make a payment in 3 installments without fees thanks to
our partner Klarna (Slice It).
This option is available as a payment method at the time of your purchase.

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with their tags attached and in their original packaging.

Damaged, incomplete, or soiled items cannot be accepted.

Exchanges are possible for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

However, if the item received is defective or does not match your order, Leo & Ugo will cover the return shipping costs once our customer service team has approved your request.

1. Submit your return request directly from your customer account or contact our customer service at contact@leoetugo.fr, stating your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Carefully package the item or items concerned, with their tags and in their original packaging.
3. Ship your package according to the instructions provided when you submitted your return request.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or does not match your order.

Once your return has been received and approved by our team, your refund will be issued within 4 to 7 days via the payment method used for your order.

You can also request an exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.
